Saturday 18th February - walks *** – Around Felixstowe – cloudy, rain and sunshine!

Saturday.
A dull and gloomy day so di my exercises whie Mag pottered in the garden then after lunch went to Lidl the long way, down to The Fludyers and along the prom to the pier meeting two couples we knew, stopping for a chat. We were knackered by the time we got home having walked 3.24 miles so collapsed on the sofa with a cuppa and found another good film on Netflix:)

Sunday.

We had so much rain overnight which continued to around lunch time, the highlight of the morning taking a few pics of Mags daffs in the rain but the TV weather did not like them:( We were having Maeva in the afternoon which gave me time to do my exercises. Then Maeva arrived at lunchtime so I made toast for all and with the sun now making an appearance we decided to head out, walking to Allenby Park first as we got a few spots of rain but it did not amount to anything. Maeva had fun on the swings, then we carried onn down to the Fludyers again, it was warm and the coats had to come off! We keep Maeva happy with her favourite rich tea biscuits and walked another 2.56 miles.
